In fact, NEWS is information about current events which might be provided through various sources VIZ., word of mouth, printing, postal systems, broadcasting, electronic communication and also on the testimony of observers or witnesses to the events.
                               News is important for a number of reasons within a society. Mainly to inform the public about events that are around them and may affect them. Often news is for entertainment purposes too; to provide a distraction of information about other places people are unable to get to or have little influence over. We can also get information about various sports at different places around the world. 
                               News plays an important role in our daily lives. From our phone, TV's Computers etc. we can obtain information of events or happenings instantly through social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Whats App and so on. With the help of all these social media, which plays an important role in almost everyone's lives, we can share our friends and closed one the current information available on the internet. There are thousands of news channel all over the world. We need to be careful in choosing the source where our information comes from. Sometime, wrong information can occur when someone who mistakenly post or deliberately share it on the internet to create confusion. We have to be very careful in sharing out these news because it can create turmoil within our friends circle or community. Our duty is to cross-check the information we received before we pass it on to others, as social media spread like wild fire. I would also like everyone to take caution before you share out all the information you know as it could divulge/invade someone's privacy.
